I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bresca, a contemporary Parisian bistro. The restaurant showcases techniques rooted in France but also draws influence from the mid-Atlantic region. Bresca uses only top-notch ingredients from both the mid-Atlantic and abroad, creating an inspiring take on French cuisine. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, and the genuine approach to food and hospitality really shone. All in all, it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend Bresca!
