Korean-Style Short Ribs Instant Pot

Ingredients:

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
4 pounds of beef short ribs
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, brown sugar, and garlic.
2. Place the short ribs in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure all the ribs are evenly coated with the marinade.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
5. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the ribs are cooked through.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired, before serving. Enjoy!
